Scope
Furnish supervision, tradesmen, equipment, tools and materials to install and prove in equipment as directed by the owner. Pipefitters, electricians, laborers, sheet metal workers, insulators, millwrights, ironworkers, painters and carpenters are utilized in numbers as required by owner issued directives. Removal of obsolete equipment, upgrading existing machinery, preparing areas, including entire buildings for receipt and installation of complete manufacturing systems are all part of the scope of work. Working within an operating facility requires extreme planning and professionalism to prevent any disruption of ongoing plant operations. Job costs are controlled by a job site computer system connected to the home office in order to track labor and material costs by job and craft. Total costs are presented to management as requested.
