Services
Installations completed/in progress at above facilities include: Coal yard lighting, station facilities lighting replacement and upgrade, sandblasting and painting of structural steel, painting of turbine building including ceiling overhead crane, and generating equipment, construction of concrete flood wall around station, I & C work, various HVAC projects including locker room, labs and control rooms, installation of monorails and rigging beams, multitude of piping systems (carbon steel, stainless steel and PVC) including condensate and steam, chlorine injection, feed water, ash piping system and piping and storage tanks for water treatment system, retube of boilers, repair of precipitators and economizers. Equipment installations include pumps, fans, coal conveyors and associated coal handling equipment.

Demo, existing 12" dia. Steam piping and replace with new 12" dia. Chrome/moly piping and supports - 100% preheat and stress relieving of welds - 100% weld x-rays - development of special welding procedure for this project. Testing of welders and quality control records.

Scope
At present, projects consist of supplying boilermakers, pipefitters, millwrights, etc. to assist in routine maintenance such as boiler tube repairs, cold bunker repairs, turbine generator lube system installation, conveyor belt rebuild and boiler buck stave repairs. In addition, general construction work such as rebuilding of existing fire water pump house and walled replacement in coal storage building maintenance shop.

Assisted in inspection of 275' diameter oil storage tank and weld repairs of same.

Removal and replacement of shaker weights in precipitator.
