Scope
Renovations contracts consisting of complete turnkey renovations, i.e. demolition of existing Cary Street Gym men's shower room and replacement, which included new floor joists, tile and fire-rated ceiling in boiler room below. Also, the removal of existing woodworking shop, dust equipment, and ductwork and reinstallation of same at Biggs Building. Complete renovation of office area (McGuire Hall) including HVAC equipment, ductwork, electrical and general construction work.

Other various installations of medical equipment such as medical gas VAC system, C.T. scanner, electrical installation and various lab equipment.

Removal and replacement of existing metal roof over equipment room at Gladding Center.
